Caring for Your Joinery

Our products are built to last - and with a little maintenance, they’ll look and perform beautifully for decades. Follow these simple steps:

Every 3 months
• Clean frames, glass, handles and seals
• Remove dirt, debris and any build-up
• Check for any damage or coating wear and touch up

Once a year
• Lubricate all moving parts
• Oil timber thresholds
• Lightly sand and recoat if needed

A Note on Paint & Stain Warranties

We offer up to 12 years on light paint finishes and up to 4 years on stains - depending on timber, location, colour, and care. Darker colours and coastal or exposed locations may need more frequent maintenance. Our full climate guide is available in the manual.
